It is a family ethos but a family that welcomes anyone to join, train and develop for whatever personal reasons or goals be you experienced or not. West Country Krav Maga classes are so enjoyable and everyone is really supportive - the first 8 weeks were a huge learning curve, but now I feel I get the main techniques and still learn something new in every class. It's fun, you learn a life skill, it's great to hit pads after a tough day (oh and it's fantastic exercise too!)
